    Due to our commitment to work with our clients based on thier schedule hours vary week to week. You are welcome to contact us via phone, email, Facebook, and our website at any time. If a certian day or time works best for a call back, let us know what it is, and we will call back at that time.
  • What are your artwork guidelines?
    Artwork is a vector file type of your logo that we use to accurately capture your logo so it can be applied to different products. All artwork is preferred to be Illustrator pdf, esp, cdr, or ai files with all fonts outlined. Please email them to
  • What if I don't have a vector file of my logo? (pdf, esp, cdr, or ai)"
    No problem! Our design team is here for you and will create one. Design set up is a one time charge that starts at $25. Send us any high quality jpg or png files you have.
  • I don't have a logo yet. Can you design a logo for me?
    Absolutely! Whether you are looking to change things up by trying a new idea or are just in the beginning logo design phase, our design team is here for you. Design set up starts at only $25. Let us know your idea and we will help you bring it to life.
  • Can I supply the apparel and accessories to be embroidered/embellished?
    While client supplied items can be used upon our discretion we prefer to use our own. Most of the time it costs you less overall when you get the entire product from us versus just the embroidery or transfer. We will not accept any items that are irreplaceable.
